We help companies identify and hire IT and Digital people into their teams.
You can expect to be trained, nurtured, coached and mentored to be the best you can be. You don’t need to be a techie and you don’t need to have recruitment experience – although a healthy interest or an inquisitive personality certainly helps.
Expect to work hard and have a lot of fun.
Day to day you will be searching for profiles / CV’s across a number of platforms – contacting people on the phone / email / messenger etc. You will discuss the jobs we have available, describing the roles and the companies in detail, while at the same time understanding the candidate’s key drivers and motivations.
You then make the introductions, support the interview process by organising and co-ordinating meetings, telephone interviews, skype calls, google hang outs etc.
Hopefully it’s a match made in heaven – the candidate is happy with their new dream job and the business is over the moon with their new star hire – Job done!
If you are successful and place lots of people into companies – you can earn a lot of money.
BUT it’s not easy. It’s really tough and really competitive – but the rewards can be huge.
Essentially it is a consultancy and sales role
