Helpdesk Support Engineer – **Contract**
Contract length: 3 Months Initially
Start date: ASAP
Day rate: £120 to £150
Helping our client through a busy period, the Helpdesk Support Engineer will work on a variety of different tasks. Ideally you will have experience of working for an MSP and be equally comfortable assisting on the helpdesk and going out to client site providing Infrastructure support on a variety of projects.
- Active Directory.
- Windows Server
- Windows Desktop
- 1st Line Responsibilities such as; telephone/email support
- Hardware fixes
