You will be working with an award winning team and some amazing clients. Their clients are some of the world’s biggest companies and best known brands – you will be exposed to the senior stakeholders of these clients in a collaborative journey, understanding their challenges and needs as a way of building market intelligence and researching product demand.
Alongside researching product demand and producing product road maps you will see the full lifecycle as you collaborate with some fantastic talent across the functions to develop the new products and functionality (solutions design and testing). Strategically involved in the pricing and then supporting the sales function as they take products to market with product demo’s and sales collateral.
We need to see experience of designing product functionality that is being used in the marketplace, where you can demonstrate well-executed product lifecycle management.
Our customer provides solutions in the Human Capital Management space, so any knowledge of the component solutions such as HR, Work Force Management, Pensions, Payroll or Talent solutions would be a real bonus.
A nationwide customer base and some flexibility to work from home leads to a degree of latitude around the location of the candidate to fulfil this role.
