Customer Service Professional

Salary – Up to £25,000 

Start Date – ASAP (Notice Period Acceptable)

Location – Commutable from; Chester, Wrexham, Shrewsbury, Deeside, Mold, Whitchurch

My client is a leading organisation that’re expanding rapidly and going through some extensive periods of growth at present. They are currently looking to add someone with a strong background around Customer Service Professional around operations within a financial setting. In this role you will be the face of the organisation so will be required to deliver the highest services to customers and insuring they are satisfied with the solutions offered.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Professional:-

  • Problem solving is crucial, as a new business we need to react to new problems and issues faced by our customers, you will be expected to apply judgement to solve problems for customers, not just follow a standard approach
  • Dealing with customer complaints in line with regulatory frameworks and policies
  • Investigating fraudulent applications, a forensic approach and curious nature with strong judgement
  • Drafting emails and letters to customers that must comply with regulations. Responding to Data Subject Access Requests for customers
  • Challenge the way things are currently done when necessary and identifying how the tools and processes can be improved

   Key Skills and Experience of the Customer Service Professional:-

  • Financial Services experience
  • Fraud investigations, including decision making and/or understanding of fraud methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail and experience working directly with customer account data
  • Experience handling customer complaints and complex customer cases
  • Experience working with vulnerable or distressed customers and within associated policies and procedures  
  • Contributing to new processes and assessing effectiveness
