Customer Operations Manager

Salary – up to £50K

Notice Period – ASAP (Notice Period Acceptable)

My client is a growing player in the Finance sector, expanding rapidly and looking for an experienced and initiative Customer Operations Manager to join their team. They are looking for someone to be customer focused, delivering exceptional customer outcomes and refining processes and procedures.

Responsibilities for a Customer Operations Manager:-

  • Lead and manage the Customer Operations Team
  • Oversee quality improvement team and their initiatives
  • Interact with risk function to identify, track and manage operational risk within customer operations
  • Build MI and define data requirements and KPIs to ensure performance can be measured
  • Ensuring fraud procedures are efficient and correctly adhered to
  • Identify and address bottlenecks that exist in process and technology

Key Skills & Recruitments of the Customer Operations Manager:-

  • People management and team leadership experience
  • Experience at managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience in operational or delivery roles
  • Project planning, management and delivery skills, either through project delivery, or operational change initiatives
  • Defining and building operational data, dashboards and KPIs
  • Any outsourcing/supplier management experience would be a plus point
  • Building and defining new processes
  • Process improvement or change experience
