2nd line / 3rd Line Desktop Support

2nd line / 3rd Line Desktop Support person needed for a well-established IT Managed Support Company in the North West region, due to an increased client base, they are looking to add to their existing team of support professionals.

The 2nd line / 3rd Line Desktop Support will have 2nd/ 3rd line experience and capabilities.  The role responsibilities include a variety of Service Desk tasks including logging tickets and supporting a variety of clients in a busy environment. The ideal person will have a can– do attitude, great telephone manner and be customer focused.

A Microsoft Certification is desirable but not essential.

2nd line / 3rd Line Desktop Support Key responsibilities –

  • 2nd line support / 3rd line support
  • Resolving escalated issues from 1st line
  • Problem analysis and resolution
  • Performing server health checks
  • Log incidents and request for change
  • Researching and Documenting solutions
  • Install maintain and upgrade various hardware and software

2nd line / 3rd Line Desktop Support skills –
